(原创)底部过滤虾缸开缸全过程（1月29日有更新！）

本来想玩点好草。网购了细叶大谷精、喷泉太阳、珊瑚莫丝、迷你矮珍珠。结果到手的草又小又差，喷泉太阳和迷你矮珍珠种下去几天就黄了。细叶大谷精和珊瑚莫丝倒是挺过来了。为了避免暴藻，只能从另外的缸里临时拔了些箦藻、珍珠草顶上。照片自能等新草到了以后上了。另外，测了下水质，PH6.2左右，KH  3，由于没有生物，NO2、NO3没测。

由于有水草在，没关系。草缸打氧有随灯打和24小时打两种做法。孰优孰劣还没有定论。

老大,种草了吗?这种设置,我觉得甚好,我们现在的缸好象都是太深,光照到达底部的草就减弱了很多,这样底砂高了,光照也就充分了.

对于草缸而言，45高度是标准。草已种了，前几天丈人出去旅游，相机借走了。马上上照。（由于是虾缸，为了方便看虾，草种的不多，可能要另大家失望了。）

借这个机会向大家探讨以下水族箱中的氮循环。说得不对的地方请大家批评。通常一个稳定有效的生化过滤系统对于水族箱的作用就是清除水中含有的：铵（NH4）、氨（NH3）、三氧化氮（NO3）、二氧化氮（NO2），整个儿的清除过程一般称作氮循环。我们了解较多的是硝化细菌。硝化细菌是一种好氧菌，它可以将水中的氨转化成三氧化氮（NO3）。而硝化细菌又包括硝化菌、亚硝化菌。具体过程为：1.      水族箱中有机物分解和鱼类废物生成氨（有极高的毒性），它是整个循环工程的源头（氨在水中可以转为铵，对鱼类基本没用毒性）。2.      硝化菌将氨转化成NO2（二氧化氮与水分子作用形成亚硝酸，毒性仅次于氨，但仍是致命的）。3.      亚硝化菌将NO2转化成NO3（三氧化氮在水中以亚硝酸的形式存在，毒性比上述两种小得多，但如果含量非常高，也会对鱼类造成间接得损伤，它能够降低鱼类的自然免疫力，从而导致压力功能的降低，最终导致疾病的发生）。水族箱中过多NO3的积存可以由反硝化作用去除。反硝化作用中担当角色的是反硝化菌。反硝化菌是一种厌氧菌，必须在无氧或缺氧的条件下进行。在水族箱中通常在面积很小且没有氧气的区域生成。在反硝化过程中，氧气从诸如三氧化氮等复合物中脱去，释放出氮气（N2）。从而完成整个氮循环。 好氧菌：硝化细菌（硝化菌、亚硝化菌） 厌氧菌：反硝化细菌，（光合细菌也是一种厌氧菌） 我的设想是：水流经过开放式区域（左侧玻璃隔板，可以认为是含氧区）,与底砂、火山岩及超小号玻璃环上附着的硝化菌、亚硝化菌作用完成硝化作用，期间消耗大量氧气。            再到右侧玻璃隔板（小型封闭区域，可以认为是厌氧区），与小号玻璃环上附着的反硝化细菌作用完成反硝化过程。具体效果如何还有待在实际使用中进一步测试。 另外，楼下不是104国道。是永丰桥，河对面是宁波大剧院，地段还是粉好的。有空来逛逛。

没看见你的大六角优质玻璃环放在哪里了？还有硝化细菌我们可以买到，反硝化细菌哪里有得买呢？永丰桥离国际村近不近？我姐姐家就在那里。
